Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday).

Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will begin processing on the next available business day

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a second notification when it has been dispatched

Shipping Costs
Restryde™ is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Shipping costs are covered in full — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
How Your Order Is Shipped
We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. To maintain efficient logistics and fair product pricing, orders may be consolidated and dispatched in batches. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All Restryde™ orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:

The product price and any shipping fees do not include import duties, customs taxes, or levies that may be assessed by your country's customs authority

Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery or clearance

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential import fees before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking details to become active after dispatch.
If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days from your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete before submitting your order. Restryde™ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@restryde.store. We will do our best to make corrections before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window for your region, please reach out to us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
